With more than 20 years in the industry, Kathy has held leadership roles across recruitment, client services, sales, and business development. Prior to joining Jackson Nurse Professionals, she served as Group Vice President of Local Markets at Cross Country Medical Staffing Network, where she oversaw a team of 120 professionals and implemented nationwide recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies. Prior to that, she spent over a decade as Senior Vice President of Client Services at Travel Nurse Across America, where she was instrumental in leading nationwide staffing operations, and receiving industry recognition, including being named to the Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list in 2021.

Kathy’s expertise spans rapid response staffing, MSP partnerships, and large-scale talent acquisition programs.
