Each of these individuals was nominated for the 2025 Jack Nicklaus Masters Award for Leadership—a prestigious honor that celebrates team members who lead with precision, heart, and the calm confidence of a pro on the green. Kris Weiss – Accounting/Finance – Director of Payroll & Billing

A master of precision, Kris brings championship-level knowledge to payroll and billing. He’s earned the trust of his team and beyond by consistently going the extra mile and leading with a strong, steady hand. Like a true Masters champion, he makes excellence look easy.


Tramaine Hannah & Sabrina Diaz – Production – Associate Account Managers

Tramaine and Sabrina are the kind of teammates you want in your corner—reliable, adaptable, and always ready to lend a hand. Like the best caddies in the game, they support the team behind the scenes, ensuring every move is smooth and strategic.


Quianna Stokes-Washington – Production – Recruiter

Every golfer remembers their first swing—and Katie has Quianna to thank for hers. With patience, guidance, and care, Quianna mentored Katie to her first deal, proving that great leadership starts with uplifting others.


Shenan Moore – Production – Recruiter

Shenan leads with intention and care, always willing to guide his teammates back to best practices and better results. Like a seasoned coach at Augusta, he helps refine others’ approach, empowering them to succeed.


Stephanie Borbon – Marketing – Content Marketing Specialist

Stephanie is our Phil Mickelson of engagement—creative, strategic, and always thinking one step ahead. From  launching Bonusly to contests and campaigns, her leadership brings fresh ideas to life and energizes the entire organization.


Caitlin Daly – Production – Recruitment Manager

This quarter’s green jacket winner, Caitlin leads with both skill and soul. From launching Bonusly to onboarding with ease, she embodies the spirit of a Masters legend—focused, encouraging, and always driving toward success.


Zac Morris – Production – Recruiter

Zac makes onboarding fun, educational, and impactful. He sets the tone for new recruiters with humor and sharp attention to detail. His leadership is proactive, supportive, and rooted in helping others shine.


Jessica Williams – Production – Recruiter

Jessica’s strength is quiet but fierce. She meets every challenge with resilience, lifting her team and inspiring everyone around her. Her steady presence is a reminder that leadership often means showing up with kindness and consistency, no matter what.


Ivanieliz Mason – Credentialing – Senior Credentialing Coordinator

Like a pro navigating the most challenging holes, Ivanieliz guided the team through the KarmaCheck implementation with skill and care. She advocated for her team, communicated clearly, and led the way with precision and poise.


Sarah Williams – HR – Benefits Analyst

Sarah leads with empathy, always putting herself in the shoes of those she supports. From navigating benefits to improving processes, she’s focused, warm, and committed to growth—both for herself and the team.


Tonya Timmerman – Production – Recruiter
